Prenatal Massage is a gentle massage & bodywork geared towards relieving the muscle cramps, spasms and pain often encountered in the lower back, neck, hips and legs during pregnancy. Also, safe semi-reclined and side-to-side body positioning with body pillows provide for added comfort.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Massage is a very firm massage & bodywork that includes deep compression and extensive stretching geared towards relieving the aches, pains, numbness and tingling often encountered in the wrist, arms, fingers and often noted in the neck, back and shoulder area.

Half(.5)  hour $90 (Done in half(.5) hour segments because of intensity)
